PFLAG of North Jersey
Parents, Families & Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered persons and their families and friends through SUPPORT to cope with an adverse society, EDUCATION to enlighten an ill-informed public, and ADVOCACY to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights. PFLAG provides the opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation and acts to create a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity.
PFLAG North Jersey meets on the second Sunday of each month in South Orange. Newcomers have an opportunity to meet at 1:30 pm in a smaller, more personal setting in addition to the regular meeting at 2:30 pm.
