- Has the agency worked with lesbian, gay, or bisexual clients in the past? How often?
- Do any open lesbian, gay, or bisexual staff work for the agency?
- Does the agency routinely provide care for adolescents?
- Is the agency supportive of lesbian, gay, and bisexual youth?
- What is the treatment philosophy/approach to working with gay, lesbian and bisexual youth?
- Are providers familiar with adolescent developmental needs?
- Are providers familiar with the needs of lesbian, gay and bisexual youth?
- Has the agency sponsored special training or supported continuing education for staff on the needs of lesbian, gay and bisexual youth clients?
- Does the agency provide services to people with HIV/AIDS?
- Are agency personnel knowledgeable about HIV/AIDS?
- Does the agency provide on-site HIV/AIDS counseling and testing?
- If counseling and testing is provided elsewhere, what kind of linkages are in place to ensure access to follow-up care?
- Does the agency have linkages to programs serving adolescents?
